Questions
Who counts as a creator?
Anyone who uploads or edits: owners, admins, editors and contributors. Viewers, dealers, clients and people you share a link with never take a seat, on any plan.
Is there a free trial?
Free is the trial: 2 creators and 20 GB, no card and no time limit. Upgrade when the work outgrows it.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Nothing is deleted. New uploads and new creators pause until you are back under the limit or move to a bigger plan.
What if a payment fails?
You keep your plan for 7 days while you update your card. After that the organization moves to Free, under the same rule: nothing is deleted, growing pauses.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for ten months and get twelve. Plans are billed in US dollars, monthly or yearly.
Can I change plans later?
Any time, from Plans & Billing. On a smaller plan everything you already made keeps working; only creating more of what that plan does not include pauses.
Can I add storage or creators without changing plans?
Extra storage is $10/month per 250 GB on Creator and above. Extra creators are sold on Team ($12/month each) and Network ($15/month each).
How do link sales work?
From Creator, connect a Stripe account and put a price on any share link — in USD, BRL and EUR. Buyers pay through Stripe and the money goes to your Stripe account. Brandpost keeps 8% on Creator, 5% on Team, 3% on Network and 2% on Enterprise, on top of Stripe's own processing fees.
